Below is an up-to-date list of the current maps offered on Beyond Gaming! Also notated is the server’s expiration date and whether or not it is an admin-sponsored map or community-sponsored map.

Admin sponsored servers are the maps that are purchased directly by your admin team. They will always remain running for the life of BG. Donations help with keeping them going, but they will run regardless.

Community sponsored servers are the maps that have been purchased by members from the community. They will remain running as long as the community continues to support them. Donations are prioritized by going to these maps first, then as assistance to admin sponsored servers as secondary.

Donation Information:

We have a donation set up via Venmo for players to donate to the cluster's fund. Currently, the cluster servers run a little over $2,500/yr to run. We will always welcome and appreciate any contributions that help relieve some of that cost.

First things first.

BG is not pay-to-win and never will be.

Contributions will result in server-wide boosts, such as harvesting and taming boosts, or slashed prices at the PvP Admin Shops, which benefit the community as a whole. There may be some exceptions for personal benefits such as admin-colored dinos or spawned in skins.

However, there will not be rewards for donations that can boost a players individual performance. Again, the cluster will never be P2W.

Monthly Expenses Donations:

BG has several background processes in effect to keep things running smoothly. Some of these are paid as a yearly lump sum, but for consistency, this is what the monthly breakdown looks like.

ASA-Bot / Patreon - $23/mo

ASA-Bot is our primary tool for most admin-related tasks for the cluster. Decay, data management, automatic roles, and RCON commands for example are only some of the aspects maintained by ASA-Bot on BG. Custom Starter Kits are made possible via ASA-Bot RCON commands.

Squarespace - $40/mo

Squarespace is the hosting platform for the BG website. This where Server Info, the Admin Shop, Custom Starter Kits, Mystery Loot Packs, help guides, and more all live!

Zapier- $60/mo

Zapier is the interface that picks up triggers from Squarespace, such as Admin Shop form submissions, Custom Starter Kit submissions, and more then sends the information to the Discord for admins to see and handle.

Airtable- $20/mo

Airtable is a forms building platform which provides the foundation for our Mystery Loot Pack loot tables, package generation, and form submission. After submitting the form, Airtable works its magic to handle the input, check vouchers if applicable, and generate loot packs. From there, Zapier picks up the final output and forwards it to Discord for admins to see and fulfill.

Discord - $30/mo

Our discord is boosted to allow more functionality such as displaying Player Role icons.

Mee6 - ~$6/mo

Mee6 helps us with support tickets, discord maintenance tools, welcome messages, and fun* things like Beyondaraptor.

Overall monthly cost for BG infrastructure:

About $180/month.

Donation Perks!

Donations will result in the following:

Any donation earns you One (1) Dino Recolor Token and a requested emote/skin for every $10 donated.

When $50 toward the Monthly Expenses fund is raised, the server gets Doubled Harvesting, Taming, and XP Gain rates for two (2) weeks! When the fund moves past the goal, the expiration date gets extended further another 2 weeks for each additional $50 raised.

Only the time gets extended, the doubled rate does not get increased further.

When $250 toward the Server Renewal fund gets raised, the server gets to benefit from 50% OFF Admin Shop Prices for 30 days.

Requests to pay for a map to be added to the cluster can be handled on a case by case basis through @FangstaFace . The cost to add a new server to the cluster and host a new map is $225.

Please keep in mind the above perks are intended to incentivize donations for the general server fund to keep the cluster going.

Adding a server, although generous and appreciated, ultimately adds to the overall long-term cost - rather than helping with maintenance costs. Therefore adding a server does not contribute to harvesting, taming, and 50% off perks - instead, the new map is considered the perk.
